Adult Content Model Release & 2257 Compliance Agreement

1. Content Star Information

This Agreement is entered into between nfluencer llc, the owner and operator of fanzzer.com ("fanzzer", "we", "us"), and the content creator accepting it below (the "Content Star").

This Agreement collects the Content Star’s full legal name, alias/stage name (if any), date of birth, government-issued ID type and issuing state, permanent address, phone number, and email address. The actual government ID document and number are not collected here — those remain on file exclusively with Ondato, our KYC provider, through a separate, mandatory identity-verification process (see our 18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement). The Content Star’s typed full legal name and certification checkbox (see Section 8) constitute their acknowledgment and electronic signature of this document.

2. Consent & Acknowledgment

By accepting this Agreement, the Content Star certifies that:

• All information they provide to fanzzer, including through identity verification, is accurate, truthful, and complete
• They are at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Any falsification of the information above may result in civil and/or criminal penalties, and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and our Terms of Service

3. Legal Compliance & Sworn Statements

Under 28 U.S.C. §1746, and under penalty of perjury, the Content Star declares that:

• All identification documents submitted to our KYC provider are valid, lawfully obtained, and unaltered
• They are the person depicted in their identity-verification submission
• They have verified the identity and age of every person depicted in any content they upload, confirming each such person is eighteen (18) years of age or older, and will retain supporting documentation of that verification to provide to fanzzer upon request
• They have obtained and will keep on record each depicted person’s written consent, specific to: (a) being depicted in the content; (b) the content’s public distribution and upload to fanzzer.com; and (c) if the content is made available for download, having the content downloaded by other users

4. Terms & Conditions

4.1 Ownership & License

The Content Star retains full ownership of their content. fanzzer does not claim ownership and acts solely as a hosting and distribution platform, under the same license already granted to fanzzer in the Content Ownership and Rights section of our Terms of Service. This Agreement does not expand or narrow that license — it reaffirms it and adds the compliance certifications specific to adult content described here.

4.2 Compliance with Laws

All content the Content Star uploads must comply with all applicable federal, state, and international laws governing adult content, and with our Prohibited Content and Conduct policy.

4.3 Indemnification

The Content Star agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fanzzer, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: breach of this Agreement; any content they upload, distribute, or monetize; and violations of intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights. This indemnification extends to third-party claims, regulatory actions, and law enforcement investigations.

4.4 Force Majeure

fanzzer is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.

5. DMCA & Copyright Compliance

fanzzer complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and follows a notice-and-takedown procedure for copyright complaints, including a counter-notification process and consequences for repeat infringers. See our DMCA Policy for the full procedure, including how to file a notice.

6. Complaints Policy

Anyone, including persons depicted in a Content Star’s content, may file a complaint about that content. See our Complaints & Content Removal page for how to file a complaint, our review timeline, and the appeals process.

7. International Laws & Regulations

The Content Star acknowledges that fanzzer operates subject to, and this Agreement is intended to support compliance with, laws including:

• United States: 18 U.S.C. §2257 (age verification and record-keeping), the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512), and the CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100) for California users
• European Union: the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and the Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065)
• Global: the Berne Convention and the WIPO Copyright Treaty for international copyright protection

8. Final Acknowledgment

Rather than a handwritten signature, fanzzer records acceptance of this Agreement electronically: the Content Star types their full legal name and checks a certification box confirming they meet the requirements above. fanzzer logs the timestamp, IP address, and user agent of that acceptance for compliance record-keeping.
