Subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time from the creator's profile page. You'll never be charged after cancellation.
6. Creator Payouts
Creator earnings are processed through our payment processors and settled directly to your bank account.
- Payouts are processed in USD and sent directly to your bank account
- Manage your payout details in your account's Verification settings
- A minimum payout threshold applies (see your account settings for details)
- If a fan initiates a chargeback or refund, the corresponding creator earnings are deducted
- Bank fees, currency conversion, and e-wallet charges are the creator's responsibility
To receive payouts, creators must complete identity verification (KYC) through Ondato. This is a one-time process required by financial regulations.
7. Safety & Trust
Fanzzer operates a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content and takes active steps to keep the platform safe for everyone.
- 18+ requirement — All users must be at least 18 years old. Age is verified during creator onboarding.
- Identity verification (KYC) — Creators complete Ondato identity verification before monetizing. This prevents fraud and ensures all content producers are verified adults.
- Zero tolerance for CSAM — Any content involving minors is immediately removed and reported to authorities without exception.
- Content moderation — All uploaded content is screened. Violations result in immediate account termination.
- No AI deepfakes — AI-generated content presented as real is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
- DMCA compliance — We respond to valid DMCA takedown requests and have a dedicated process for intellectual property disputes.
- User reporting — Any user can report content or accounts directly from the platform. Reports are reviewed by our team.
