All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on fanzzer.com were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the content was created, in compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
This statement is made in accordance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 with respect to all content found on this website, except as may otherwise be noted for content originating from third parties for whom a separate, equivalent compliance statement is provided.
2. Records Custodian
Records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for content produced by or for fanzzer.com are maintained by the Custodian of Records.

3. Age Verification Process
Every Creator account must successfully complete government-issued identity and age verification through Ondato, our KYC provider, before any content can be published for monetization. This process confirms the Creator is at least 18 years of age and collects the government identification on file that supports this Compliance Statement.
Creator monetization remains blocked until identity verification is confirmed (kyc_status === "verified"). Fans confirm their date of birth at sign-up; underage accounts are removed as soon as they are identified.
4. Third-Party / Creator-Uploaded Content
fanzzer.com is a platform that hosts content uploaded by independent, verified Creators. With respect to all content appearing on this site, the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 are maintained by each Creator's identity verification on file with fanzzer.com through the age-verification process described above, with the Custodian of Records identified in Section 2.
Creators warrant, as a condition of using the Service, that all persons depicted in their Content are 18 years of age or older and that they will maintain records sufficient to prove age, identity, and consent for any Content they upload, consistent with our Terms of Service.
